Simon Baker Appointed to Board of realestate.com.au Limited

The Board is pleased to announce that Simon Baker has accepted a Board position with realestate.com.au Limited and will become Managing Director.

Simon Baker has been Chief Executive Officer of realestate.com.au Limited since mid 2001. During that time, he has helped build realestate.com.au Limited from $3.8m in revenues and $6.2m in losses in FY2001 to a forecasted $55m in revenues and $12m in profit before tax and takeover costs (adjusted for minority interests) in FY2006. Over the last five years, the market capitalisation of realestate.com.au Limited has increased from around ~$8m in mid 2001 to $430m today.
