REA Group Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting Date

REA Group Ltd (ASX:REA) ( REA or the Company ) gives notice that its 2024 annual general meeting of shareholders ( AGM ) will be held on Wednesday, 9 October 2024 at 9.00am AEDT.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, REA advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Wednesday, 7 August 2024.

The official Notice of Meeting and Voting Form and details regarding shareholder participation at the AGM will be announced to the ASX and communicated to shareholders in September.
