With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29, 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Rajoo Avenue, Survey No. 210, Plot No. 1 Industrial Area, Veraval Shapar - 360024 Dist: Rajkot, Gujarat to transact, inter alia , the following business:

• 1. To consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 along with the Limited Review Reports thereof;
• 1. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company from July 01, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended on June 30, 2025.
