On February 26, 2016 , Liberty Interactive Corporation (the “ Company ”) issued a press release (the “ Earnings Release ”) setting forth information, including financial information, which is intended to supplement the financial statements and related Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations contained in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 30, 2015 , filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “ SEC ”) on February 26, 2016 . Amounts pres ented in the Earnings Release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 for c apital expended for property and equipment and o ther investing activities, net on the statement of cash flows for the year ended December 31, 2015 were revised following the issuance of the Earnings Release. We refer investors to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K , which contains the revised amounts .
