ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On September 7, 2016, Pulse Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) announced an u pdate on its corporate progress , strategic focus and future milestones , including its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on September 7, 2016 to discuss the update and results . A copy of the press release containing the announcement is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
