Plexmar announced the appointment of Mr. Pierre Labbé to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. This appointment will take effect on May 21, 2007.
After a B.B.A. degree from Laval University and receiving his Chartered Accountant title, Mr. Labbé acquired a solid experience during his years as Vice President and CFO in several private and public companies.
Mr. Labbé is granted 150,000 share purchase options, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share purchase option plan. This grant is effective today. Each share purchase option grants the right to acquire one common share of Plexmar at a price of $0.42 before May 8, 2012.

SAINTE-FOY, May 8, 2007. Quebec (Canada), May 8, 2007 – Plexmar Resources Inc., “Plexmar” (TSX-V: PLE), is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Pierre Labbé to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. This appointment will take effect on May 21, 2007.
