Calling of the shareholders' meeting and filing of the relevant documentation

Silla di Gaggio Montano (BO), June 26, 2026. The ordinary Shareholders' Meeting call notice of Piquadro S.p.A. – scheduled on July 27th 2026, on first call, and failing it, on July 28th 2026, on second call, has been published today by the Company on the Company's website www.piquadro.com and on the authorized and on the storage system "eMarket STORAGE" accessible at the address , as well as, as abstract, on the newspaper "Il Giornale".

Piquadro S.p.A. also informs that, simultaneously with the publication of the call notice, all the relevant documentation, including the directors' reports and of the resolutions' proposals on the items on the agenda, are made available to the public, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website www.piquadro.com in the Investor Relations Section and on the authorized and on the storage system "eMarket STORAGE" accessible at the address .

Always pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, the Corporate Governance Report, the Remuneration Report and the annual financial report including the sustainability reporting and including the reports of the auditing company and of the statutory auditors' committee will be made available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the internet site www.piquadro.com in the Investor Relations Section and on the authorized storage system "eMarket STORAGE" accessible at the address .
