Request for voluntary suspension – Listing Rule 17.2
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, OMI Holdings Limited ( OMI ) requests a voluntary suspension pending the release of an announcement in relation to a proposed acquisition and capital raising by OMI.
OMI proposes that the voluntary suspension be lifted at the earlier of the release of the announcement or the commencement of trading on 19 May 2011.
OMI is not aware of any reason the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
