Compulsory Acquisition of Oil Company of Australia Limited (OCA) Complete
Origin Energy has announced that the compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in OCA was completed today.
OCA shareholders that did not accept the \$4.25 per share offer for their shares will be advised that cash for their shares has been paid to OCA. Those proceeds will be paid to the non-accepting shareholders or as they direct OCA.
This final step completes the takeover of OCA which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Origin Energy Limited.
