Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Oracle Coalfields PLC (AIM:ORCP), the coal developer of a lignite mineral property in the south-eastern part of Sindh Province, Pakistan, announces that it has today posted  its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2012 to shareholders.

Oracle has also posted to shareholders the notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") which is to be held on Wednesday 22 May 2013 at 2:30 pm at 22 Hanover Square, Mayfair, London W1S 1JP.
