With reference to the captioned subject, we hereby submit the disclosure regarding an order passed by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under Sections 11 (1 ), 11 ( 4 ), 11 ( 4A), 11 B ( 1) and 11 B (2) of Securities and Exchange Board oflndia Act, 1992.
We would like to further inform that the Company hereby denies all allegations with respect to misstatements/irregularities in financial statements of the Company and is currently evaluating its legal recourse, including filing appeal with the concerned Authority.
The details of aforementioned Order, as required under the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD- I/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 , 2023 , are enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
