To purchase Lands, buildings or such other interest in any immovable
properties and turn to account by laying out, plotting and preparing the
same for building purposes, constructing buildings, furnishing, fitting up,
and improving buildings and by paving, draining and building on rent.

holders, retainers and diverters.
d) All types of industrial, commercial, residential and other constructions,

The Object mentioned under point no. 1 to 3 above are in same line of the
business of Omaxe Limited.
