Ocean GeoLoop ASA: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

(Verdal, July 1, 2026) The board of Ocean GeoLoop ASA (Ocean GeoLoop, OSE: OGL) calls an Extraordinary General Meeting to elect a new Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors of the Company calls for an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 15 July 2026 at 12:00 hours CEST. It is proposed that the general meeting resolve to elect a new board of directors.

The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on the premises of Schjødt in Tordenskiolds gate 12, 0160 Oslo. Shareholders may also participate electronically.
