All right. Hi, everyone. I'm Norie Marshall with Three Part Advisors. I am pleased to be introducing Niagen Bioscience, which trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker NAGE. Niagen Bioscience is at the forefront of the healthy aging movement, focused on advancing NAD health through its proprietary Niagen technology platform. Backed by extensive clinical research and a growing commercial footprint, the company has established a strong position in the longevity and wellness market. Presenting on behalf of the company today, we have Rob Fried, Chief Executive Officer, and Ozan Pamir, Chief Financial Officer. I'll turn it over to you guys. Thanks. Well done. You pronounced it properly. This child has a rare orphan pediatric disease called Cockayne syndrome. It's one of a series of orphan diseases where children age so rapidly that they often die of old age by the time they're teenagers. It also turns out that most of these kids have non-detectable levels of a coenzyme called NAD, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. NAD is a coenzyme found in all living cells, plant and animal. It's involved in all important metabolic processes inside the cell. This is not me. There you go. Okay, thanks. All metabolic processes inside the cell require NAD, something that we have a great deal of when we're young. As we damage our cells and age, we have less NAD. It's involved very much in energy metabolism, mitochondrial function. When we are loaded with NAD, we have lots of mitochondrial biogenesis. We have a higher yield of ATP per mitochondria. We also are plentiful in the enzymes called PARP enzymes, which are involved in the healing process within cells. When a cell is inflamed, or there's oxidative stress, or there's gene damage, or any kind of physical damage, or the presence of a virus, there are mechanisms inside the cell relating to PARP and NAD, which help heal that cell. According to the World Health Organization, aging is nothing more than the accumulation of damage at the molecular, cellular level and the diminished ability to repair that damage. NAD is directly related to our ability to heal damage at the cellular level, whether it's a skin cell or a heart cell or a brain cell or a hair cell. As we get older or as we are under any kind of metabolic or physical stress, the cell becomes damaged. When all those cells are damaged, it ladders up to what looks like an aged or a damaged organ. Elevating NAD helps to heal that process. Niagen Bioscience is a company that's completely dedicated to NAD research. We are far and away the leading research organization in the field of NAD. We have over 100 patents of precursors leading to NAD. We have a scientific advisory board of researchers that are the specialists in all the fields relating to NAD. Charlie Brenner is the inventor when he was at Dartmouth in nicotinamide riboside, our flagship product called Niagen. Roger Kornberg is a Nobel Prize-winning chemist at Stanford. Rudy Tanzi is the head of the Department of Neurology at Harvard. Roger is the world's leading authority in milk. Niagen is found in milk, trace amounts in milk. It is literally in the elixir of life, the product that we sell. Hassy Cohen is the head of the School of Gerontology at USC and is the world's leading authority on peptides. NAD is not a peptide, but many people consider it to be a related field. Bruni is one of the leading researchers at Scripps Research in cancer because all cells have NAD, including cancer cells, so we want to make sure that it's safe. All these people have done significant research on our products, including Bruni and Vilhelm Bohr, whose, by the way, grandfather was Niels Bohr, the scientist who fought with Einstein. He recently stepped down from the National Institute on Aging at the NIH and is a world's leading authority in these age-related orphan diseases, and he's leading the research at our company on these orphan diseases like this disease that this child has, Cockayne syndrome. NAD has become quite popular in the last few years. I'm sure some of you have heard of it or know of it, or have even tried it, or have gone in for an NAD infusion. I think we're largely probably mostly responsible for that awareness level. The market in general for NAD or even longevity-related products has grown substantially in the last few years, but we only think it's the tip of the spear for where this thing could go. As I say, we view ourselves as an NAD platform company. We don't see ourselves as a supplement company per se, or a skincare company per se. We understand NAD and its precursors better than anyone, and we have a large patent portfolio of molecules that are precursors to NAD. We've positioned the company to be able to take advantage in all verticals, dietary supplements, skincare. We've now launched on the market an at-home injection product. We made it available in clinics for IV, and we are doing extensive research on these age-related orphan diseases for drug approval. We operate in all of those verticals. The consumer health is mostly a dietary supplement, as I say. It's one of the biggest single SKUs in the country as a dietary supplement. Most dietary supplement companies have hundreds of SKUs, each of which maybe a big one will sell $5 million a year. This company did $130 million last year almost entirely on this SKU. We have other SKUs that we've developed. They're mostly formulations that have some Niagen in them, but focus on a specific indication like for example, immune health or skin health or beauty or health. We have 47 peer-reviewed published clinical studies, high-impact factor studies on Niagen. I know you guys have watched CNN or Fox News or MSNBC, you've seen an ad for a company selling a supplement saying, "We did a study." They're not published. We don't know the results. There may be 15 or 20 people in those studies. 47 peer-reviewed published high-impact factor. Niagen is incomparable in the area of dietary supplements to any other company. It is not just a marketing company. It is a company that's very committed to its research and development. We do things the right way. We do the studies. We have intellectual property. We get regulatory approvals. It costs us a lot of money. It costs us a lot of time. We do things the right way. The only brand, frankly, since I'm in the business, the only brand I trust in the entire dietary supplement business is Niagen, to be candid with you. It's a slam dunk in companies that are selling any NAD-related product. The way we structure the business is we have our own consumer product, which I just showed you through Niagen, as well as some skincare products. We also supply the ingredient to certain companies. We made a deal with Nestlé. They have two really good brands, Pure Encapsulations and Solgar. We actually sell them Niagen, they put it in their brands. They took a 5% stake in the company. There are a few like that, H&H, Life Extension, Nestlé. These are companies we feel can be trusted. The reason we sell to our competitors, the selected competitors, because we don't really view ourselves as a dietary supplement company per se. We see ourselves as an NAD platform company. As I said, we've now made available this idea of an at-home injection kit. The process to make this legal and available has taken many, many years. You have to get on the list of ingredients that the FDA says can be sold or compounded, as an injectable or as an IV product. It technically qualifies it as a drug when you inject it or provide it as an IV as opposed to a food. It has to be pharmaceutical-grade material. It has to be on that list that I described. It took us a long time. We patented that process. We are now on the market. We sell to these health clinics that offer IVs. It's a fast-growing aspect of our business, people who go in for Niagen IVs. Now as of just a couple of weeks ago, we've offered an at-home kit where you can go on our website, niagenplus.com, get a prescription because you need a prescription for it because it's technically a drug. We will send you at home a kit where you can inject subQ into fat cells. The reason we think this is exciting is because, in the last few years, this idea of injecting oneself with a peptide to stay thin has become extremely popular, GLP-1s if you will. We think if people are willing to inject themselves at home to stay thin, they'd be willing to inject themselves at home to stay young. We've got some great science about this. Unlike most peptides, we've actually done clinical studies on the efficacy and safety of injecting yourself at home with Niagen. We think that this is a good, meaningful opportunity, especially since where Niagen is most effective seems to be muscle cells. That's where the presence of the NRK enzyme, the pathway into cells that elevate NAD most. It seems as though also there's potentially a side effect with these GLP-1 agonists in muscle growth. A lot of people already get NAD IVs or NAD injections. The NAD molecule itself is too large to penetrate a cell and has a phosphate group on the perimeter of it, meaning it's a nucleotide, meaning it doesn't get into cells. If any of you have gotten an NAD IV or know anybody that's gotten an NAD IV, you'll know it takes three, four hours, and it's a very unpleasant experience. It's because NAD is not bioavailable. You need a precursor to NAD. You need something that easily gets into the damaged cell, converts into NAD. Niagen does that beautifully and better than any other ingredient that we know of. If you get a Niagen IV, it just takes a few minutes. The side effects don't exist, and it elevates NAD at a much higher level. The NAD market for IV has become quite big. We think that's an opportunity for us to convert those people over to Niagen. Rather than sit in the chair and have stomach cramps and headaches and sweats, get a Niagen IV. You don't have that unpleasant experience. You're only there for a few minutes, and it has much higher result in NAD levels afterward. We think that's an opportunity. One of the most popular ingredients in the skincare market is something called niacinamide. Niacinamide is a cousin to nicotinamide riboside, to Niagen. It just happens to be less effective. We have great head-to-head studies to show. We think that the skincare market is a great opportunity for us. We've just recently launched a topical product here called Niagen Nanoclouds, which are tiny little pillows that you combine with any cream and then apply directly to the face. We've got great results that we're seeing. We also see this as a great opportunity for us, the skincare market. Of course, pharmaceutical. I mentioned Cockayne syndrome at the beginning. The one that we're most focused on is something called ataxia-telangiectasia. There are about 10,000 kids in the country who have ataxia AT. We've already published a phase II clinical study on ataxia that showed excellent results. What we are now planning to do is pivot away from nicotinamide riboside directly to a prodrug that we control and have developed called nicotinamide riboside triacetate. We've already done studies to show that it's biosuperior or bioequivalent. We have to do a couple more studies, but it's our hope to develop nicotinamide riboside triacetate as a drug to treat ataxia-telangiectasia. There was another company called Reata Pharmaceuticals, who 3 years ago got drug approval for Friedreich's ataxia, another form of ataxia. After they did get that drug approved, sold to Biogen for $7 billion. This company is a company that is growing, has over $100 million of revenue, is profitable. We had, at the end of last year, $65 million in cash with no debt. We have managed to run a profitable business that is still pursuing the same orphan disease indication for drug approval without losing $15 or $20 million a quarter like the other biotech companies pursuing it. In fact, there's one company called Larimar Therapeutics that's a publicly traded company that has approximately a $400 million market cap that's also pursuing a comparable orphan disease, advanced aging orphan disease. They lose $20 or $30 million a quarter at comparable place that we are at in their drug approval, but has a significantly higher market cap than do we. I'm not quite sure what the logic is, but you guys are the investors. You know where the logic lies behind that. This is a little bit more on ataxia. On that, I'm going to step aside, and would you like to present a little bit about our financials, and then we might have a few minutes for Q&A. Thanks, Rob Fried. We covered a lot of this earlier, but as Rob mentioned, our company's very healthy, very stable business. We had $130 million of revenue in the last 12 months, $18.6 million of net income. At the end of March, we had $66.5 million of cash, 79.5 million shares outstanding. We've been buying back some stock. We announced earlier this year, $2.4 million of the buyback was used, and we continue to purchase in the open market. This slide shows our performance over the last 2 years, the last 8 quarters. As you can see, a steady growth throughout the course of time. Last quarter, we had $31.5 million of sales. We continue to operate the business the way we have always. As you can see, our gross margins continue to be stable and improving over time. Going to our bottom line, our adjusted EBITDA is what's shown in this slide. We hover between 10%-15%, I would say, EBITDA margin. Last quarter, we had $3.8 million of adjusted EBITDA. Again, profitability is a major focus for us, and we continue to operate very diligently. That's all we have on the financials. We are happy to take any questions on the business or the financials. Can you talk about any sourcing challenges that you may have on the raw material side and what ability you have to scale your products? You want to take that? We have no sourcing challenges, we have sufficient capacity to service the growth that we are expecting. On the injectable product that you're working on getting approval for, what would the distribution of that look like? Would you partner with somebody to do that in the pharmaceutical world, or would you try to? The injection product is, we're on the 503B approved list, and we work with compound pharmacies. Niagen+ is split between the IV business and the injection business. We have to go through the compound pharmacies in both. They market directly to the longevity clinics or the wellness clinics that you can find the IV at. On the injection side, Rob showed the website niagenplus.com. You can go and order an at-home injection kit for yourself through that. We do plan to work with other telehealth companies to enhance that distribution as well. Ozan, following up on that, would you anticipate a single telehealth company, or is there an opportunity for multiple companies to open that market for you? We do evaluate different opportunities. A lot of them ask for exclusivity. It all comes down to the math. I'll ask one more to Andy and Mike. How do we even scale to think about how that market could develop? What's the opportunity here, essentially? Do you want to take that? All right. If you think about the single most popular ingredient in the skincare market is nicotinamide. Anything nicotinamide can do, Niagen can do better. We do think that the opportunities, both on the finished good product, which is what you see here, are enormous, and on the ingredient side. We are in discussions with major skincare brands to develop products for them, topical products, and to launch into the market. We, again, see it very similar to how we see the supplement business, both on the branded side and on the ingredient side. All right. I'm going to follow up on that. Would those be ingredient customers? Correct. Yeah. It'd be cosmetic companies would be ingredient customers. Correct. Yeah. We would have very similar requirements in the way we do on the supplement ingredient side. You have to use the name Niagen, and we have to get the word Niagen out there. Thanks. All right. I think we're good. I think that's it. Thanks, everyone.

Now as of just a couple of weeks ago, we've offered an at-home kit where you can go on our website, niagenplus.com, get a prescription because you need a prescription for it because it's technically a drug. now as of just a couple of weeks ago we've offered an at-home kit where you can go on our website niagenplus.com get a prescription because you need a prescription for it because it's technically a drug We will send you at home a kit where you can inject subQ into fat cells. we will send you at home a kit where you can inject subq into fat cells The reason we think this is exciting is because, in the last few years, this idea of injecting oneself with a peptide to stay thin has become extremely popular, GLP-1s if you will. the reason we think this is exciting is because in the last few years this idea of injecting oneself with a peptide to stay thin has become extremely popular glp-1s if you will We think if people are willing to inject themselves at home to stay thin, they'd be willing to inject themselves at home to stay young. we think if people are willing to inject themselves at home to stay thin they'd be willing to inject themselves at home to stay young We've got some great science about this. we've got some great science about this Unlike most peptides, we've actually done clinical studies on the efficacy and safety of injecting yourself at home with Niagen. unlike most peptides we've actually done clinical studies on the efficacy and safety of injecting yourself at home with niagen We think that this is a good, meaningful opportunity, especially since where Niagen is most effective seems to be muscle cells. Speaker 2: Thanks, Rob Fried. Speaker 2: The injection product is, we're on the 503B approved list, and we work with compound pharmacies. Speaker 2: Do you want to take that?
