In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that shareholding and voting rights of NHPC Limited in M/s Ratle Hydroelectric Power Corporatioin Limited (RHPCL) (a Subsidiary Company of NHPC Limited) has changed from 59.51% to 49.72% due to receipt of additional equity contribution from M/s Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation Limited (another promoter of RHPCL). This is a temporary situation and the shareholding of NHPC in RHPCL will increase after NHPC contributes matching equity, which is under process. Further development in the matter shall be intimated in due course.
