ASIC Relief - Half Year Financial Reporting

Morphic Ethical Equities Fund Limited (ACN 617 345 123) (Company) was incorporated on 13 February 2017. Under section 323D(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act), a half-year for a company is the first 6 months of a financial year, and there are corresponding reporting requirements under section 302 of the Act.

The Company hereby advises that it intends to rely on the exemption available under ASIC Instrument 2016/190 whereby a listed disclosing entity is relieved from the requirement to prepare and lodge a half-year financial report and directors' report during the first financial year of the entity, where that financial year lasts for 8 months or less.

The Company's first financial year commenced on 13 February 2017 and therefore its first financial year (to 30 September 2017) lasts for less than 8 months.

The Company intends to release its first audited annual report in respect of the period commencing 13 February 2017 and ending on 30 September 2017 on 3 November 2017.
