Margaret C. Kelsey, Vice President, Legal and Corporate Communications, General Counsel and Secretary of Modine Manufacturing Company (the “Company”), has provided notice that she will be leaving the Company effective September 2, 2017 to accept the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at WEC Energy Group, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
