Sub: Newspaper publication - Pre-intimation regarding 60[th] AGM

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SESI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have published pre-intimation regarding 60th AGM in the 'Financial Express' (English) and the 'Jansatta' (Hindi) today i.e27.10.2023 . Copies of the newspaper cuttings are attached.

"Cut-off Date" and "Record Date"

The Company has fixed Wednesday, November 15, 2023 as:

(a) the "Cut-off Date" for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to vote on the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM and to attend the AGM;

(b) the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2022-23. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within a week from the conclusion of the AGM.
