Limited ('JMHL') and Ebell Fashion Private Limited ('Ebell') have in their respective board meetings held on 26th June 2018 approved the proposal for the amalgamation of JMHL & Ebell with the Company, subject to all the necessary statutory / regulatory approvals. Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata vide its Order dated 25th March, 2021 has sanctioned the Scheme with Appointes Date 1st April, 2020. The Scheme became effective from 1st May, 2021 upon completion of necessary formalities. ৬.২৬ কোটি টাকার প্রদত্ত ইকুইটি শেয়ার মূলধনের অন্তর্ভুক্ত রয়েছে ৪৮,১৮,৬৮১ সংখ্যক প্রতিহি টাকার ইকুইটি শেয়ার যাত, ২০২১ তারিখে শেয়ার সাসপেল অ্যাকাউন্ট হিসেবে দেখানো ঠায়ছে।
