ANNOUNCEMENT

Louis plc – CORRECTION TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS DATED 30 JUNE 2024

Louis plc announces that, in the notes of the unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements of the Group for the period ended 30 June 2024, in note 17 – Investment in affiliated company – net liabilities were inadvertently presented as a positive amount of €16,785 thousand rather than a negative amount of €64,636 thousand.

Investors are required to refer to note 17.

It should be noted that the above had no impact whatsoever on the results or net position of the Group as at 30 June 2024 and/or thereafter, as the value of the investment in the associated company presented in the Condensed unaudited Consolidated Statement of Financial Position was and remains correct.
