1. Annual General Meeting:

The Annual general Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, 28[th] September, 2020 at 3.00 p.m. IST through VC/OAVM.

2. Book Closure:

Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 19th September, 2020 to Monday, 28th September, 2020 (both days inclusive) for Annual General Meeting and payment of Dividend.

1. The dividend will be paid on or after 15[th] October, 2020.
