CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board of Directors of Koda Ltd (the " Company ") is pleased to announce that:

• (a) Mr Ying Siew Hon, Francis has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company, a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company, and the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 18 November 2016.

• (b) Mr Tan Choon Seng has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company and a member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee of the Company with effect from 18 November 2016.

The detailed template announcement in respect of the aforesaid appointments pursuant to Rule 704(7)(a) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited shall be made separately.

Following the above appointments, with effect from 18 November 2016, the composition of the Board and Board Committees comprises the following members:
