Sub: Appointment of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Reg.

Our Board of Directors at its meeting held today, 04.04.2019, appointed Mr. K. Raghuram, Dy. Secretary & AGM (Finance), who is also a Key Managerial Personnel of our company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) w.e.f. 04-04-2019.

Further, pursuant to Annexure 1 to SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dt.09-09-2015 we give hereunder brief profile of CFO.

Mr. K. Raghuram aged 38 years is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is having an experience of around 17 years in various listed companies which includes The Andhra Petrochemicals Limited (a company listed on BSE) and Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited (a company listed on BSE and NSE) looking after various areas such as Secretarial, Taxation, Finance, Costing and other allied areas.

This may be treated as intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The Board Meeting commenced at 2.45 p.m. and concluded at 4.50 p.m.
