Shri Deepak Gupta is a qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India with about 21 years of experience and LLB from CCS University, Meerut. He has experience in various areas of Secretarial, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, Restructuring and FEMA compliances. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with TV 18 Broadcast Ltd. as Company Secretary. He has also worked with Jubliant Bhartia Group and DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd.
