ACQUISITION OF POOL CAR MANAGER COMPLETED

Leading asset and expense management company, Stratatel Ltd, announced today that it had completed the acquisition of the Pool Car Manager System, intellectual property and related business assets from eFleet Pty Ltd.

The Pool Car Manager software compliments Stratatel's existing FleetManager® System by providing corporations and government agencies with specialist software tools to more efficiently and effectively manage their 'portable' vehicle assets, in this case Pool Cars.

Vehicles are a significant capital investment and by using Pool Car Manager Stratatel clients will be able to better manage usage and expenditure, resulting in a reduction in operating and capital costs.

Stratatel Ltd Managing Director, Mike Fairclough said, "The acquisition of the Pool Car Manager System further broadens the capabilities of our proven asset and expense management solution, FleetManager®. We will be integrating the Pool Car Manager product into our FleetManager® system to provide a single solution for multiple asset types providing our clients with a one password, one system solution."

Mr Fairclough went on to say, "We are currently in discussions with a number of prospective clients about our new Pool Car Manager system, and the response so far has been encouraging. We are confident that we will see our first sale of this exciting product shortly after the integration has been completed."
