We write to advise in terms of Regulation 30 ofthe SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the Scheme of amalgamation of Hobbits International Foods Private Limited and Sunrise Sheetgrah Private Limited with the Company (the Scheme) has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench.

Certified copies of the aforesaid Order have been filed today with the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur and West Bengal. Consequently, the Scheme has become effective from today, i.e. 12th August, 2021.
