On August 14, 2014, iShares Delaware Trust Sponsor LLC, in its capacity as the sponsor of the Registrant, issued a press release announcing that beginning August 15, 2014, the price of silver fixed by the CME Group/Thompson Reuters will be used for purposes of the valuation of the Registrant’s silver. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item.
