Appointment of Co-Company Secretary

Infotrust Ltd (“ Infotrust ”; “ Company ”) announces in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16, the appointment of Nina Mlinarevic as a Company Secretary of Infotrust with effect from 28 January 2026.

Nick Hornstein will remain Company Secretary of Infotrust and continues to be a person responsible for communication with ASX under Listing Rule 12.6.
