1. To consider, approve, and take on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025;
2. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair as the Board think fit or which is incidental and ancillary to the business of the Company.

In this connection and in continuation of our intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window for the directors, promoters, designated employees and connected persons vide letter dated 22nd December, 2025, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for directors, promoters, designated employees and connected persons as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 from 01st January, 2026. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be re-opened for the insiders of the Company after the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
