CANDLE AUSTRALIA LIMITED TO UNDERWRITE DRP

Australasia's leading white collar recruitment company, Candle Australia Limited recently paid a final fully franked dividend of \$0.05 per share. The Company advises that it has raised \$1,602,241 via the underwriting of the company's dividend reinvestment plan.

Patersons Securities Limited conducted the transaction which involved the issue of 942.495 shares at the dividend reinvestment plan price of \$1.6958. The funds will assist in effecting acquisitions as part of the company's well publicised diversification strategy.
