Sub: Closure of Trading window

In terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India [Prohibition and Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the provisions of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons in Listed Securities of IFB Agro Industries Limited ("the Company"), the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons from 1st April 2021 and the same will remain closed/ shut till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ending 31st March 2021 to the public.

The Board Meeting for approving the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ending 31st March 2021 will be held on or before 30 May 2021. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
