Further please note that Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 31, 2021 to August 6, 2021 (both day inclusive) for the purpose of 39% Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2020-2021, to be held on August 6, 2021.
