Reference is made to the announcements dated 14 November 2025, 19 December 2025 and 29 January 2026, as well as the Company's circular to the shareholders dated 11 February 2026 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the said announcements. On behalf of the Company, Maybank IB wishes to announce that all conditions precedent as stipulated in the SSAs have been satisfied or obtained or waived on 1 April 2026. Accordingly, the SSAs have become unconditional on 1 April 2026. This announcement is dated 1 April 2026.
