Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that BSE Limited (“BSE”) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“NSE”) have, vide their intimation dated May 27, 2024, (received by us at 5.52 pm and 7.32 pm respectively), imposed a fine of Rs. 55,000/- (Rupees Fifty Five Thousand) plus GST each, on the Company under Regulation 6(1) of the Listing Regulations for non-appointment of Compliance Officer. The Company wishes to clarify that this will not impact the financial, operational or other activities of the listed entity except to the extent of fine levied. Further, the Company is in the process of making an application for waiver of the said fine and remains committed to ensure optimum compliances of all applicable laws.
