Trading in the securities of G50 Corp Limited ('G50') will be halted at the request of G50, pending the release of an announcement by G50.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 2 June 2026; or
• the release of the announcement to the market.

G50's request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT – G50 CORP LIMITED (ASX: G50)

G50 Corp Limited (the “Company”) requests a trading halt in its securities effective immediately.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding material drilling results from the Company's Golconda project.
2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement in relation to the above matter, or the commencement of trading on 2 June 2026.
3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
