CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY, AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE AND PROCESS AGENT

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Future Data Group Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Ms. Cheung Yuet Fan ("Ms. Cheung") has tendered her resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary"), an authorised representative (the "Exchange Authorised Representative") of the Company pursuant to Rule 5.24 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM (the "GEM Listing Rules") of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") and the authorised representative for the acceptance of service of process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Rule 24.05 of the GEM Listing Rules and pursuant to Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) ("Process Agent") with effect from 30 June 2026. Ms. Cheung has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and the Stock Exchange.

The Board also announces that following Ms. Cheung's resignation as the Company Secretary, Mr. Yiu Chin Wang ("Mr. Yiu") has been appointed as the Company Secretary, the Exchange Authorised Representative, and the Process Agent with effect from 30 June 2026. Mr. Yiu meets the qualification requirements for company secretary under Rule 5.14 of the GEM Listing Rules.

Mr. Yiu is a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong since 2016, and is currently a consultant of Yick & Chan, Solicitors, the Company's legal adviser on Hong Kong laws. Mr. Yiu has over 10 years of experience in the legal industry, specialising in corporate and commercial practice. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2008, a Juris Doctor degree and a Postgraduate Certificate of Laws from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
