Exercise of Options, Director/PDMR Shareholding

Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Group' or the 'Company'), a leading Cambridge-based developer and publisher of video games, announces share transactions for Alex Bevis, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director.

On 23 June 2026, Mr Bevis exercised options over 5,084 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') under Frontier's all-staff Sharesave Plan at an exercise price of 354 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the exercise, Mr Bevis sold the resulting 5,084 Ordinary Shares on 23 June 2026 at a price of 403.68 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Company confirms that this share option exercise has been satisfied through the transfer of existing ordinary shares held by its Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT"). Utilising shares held in the EBT allows the Company to fulfil its obligations arising from option exercises without issuing new shares, thereby minimising dilution for existing shareholders.

Following these transactions, Mr Bevis holds 309,822 Ordinary Shares under option and his beneficial shareholding remains unchanged at 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the Company's total voting rights.
