I'm Richard Adkerson, Chairman of this annual meeting. I'd like to thank all of our shareholders for your continued support and engagement. In 2025, Freeport demonstrated resilience by delivering solid financial and operating results in a challenging year. We maintained a strong balance sheet, continued to return capital to stockholders. At the same time, we advanced key initiatives that strengthen our foundation and support long-term growth. With copper at our core, we remain focused on being foremost in copper. Our high-quality asset base, organic growth options, and financial strength position Freeport to supply copper reliably and responsibly to a growing market and to deliver long-term value to our shareholders. I now call this meeting to order. The meeting will follow the order of business and will be conducted in accordance with the rules of order, copies of which are posted on the webcast screen. Accordingly, a quorum is present, and the meeting is duly convened for purposes of transacting such business as may properly come before it. I remind everyone that today's presentation and certain of our comments on this live audio webcast may include forward-looking statements and actual results may differ materially. I refer everyone to the cautionary language included in our presentation materials and to the risk factors described in our 2025 Form 10-K as updated in our subsequent SEC filings. I'll turn it over to Ms. Quirk. Thank you, Monique. As a leading global copper company, we remain committed to our objective of being foremost in copper with copper at our core Our performance reflects the strength of our copper-focused strategy, our diversified asset base, and the resilience of our team in navigating a complex operating environment. Copper's strategic importance to the global economy continues to increase, supported by electrification initiatives, continued urbanization in developed countries, data centers and AI growth, and growing connectivity globally. We believe demand fundamentals remain favorable, even as short-term market conditions create some level of volatility. To capture this opportunity, we are advancing initiatives across our portfolio of long-lived assets. In the United States and South America, we are progressing high-quality organic growth projects and incorporating new technologies and data analytics into our leaching process to improve recoveries. We are also advancing important long-term opportunities across our portfolio. In early 2026, we entered into a memorandum of understanding with the government of Indonesia that supports extending our operating rights at the Grasberg minerals district for the life of the resource. This framework reinforces long-term stability for one of the world's premier copper and gold deposits and provides a path to continue large-scale operations and future development opportunities in this district. As we move through 2026, our priorities are clear. We're focused on restoring operations at the Grasberg Block Cave underground mine safely and sustainably following the September 2025 mud rush incident, and we have commenced a phased ramp-up. Safety remains our highest priority, and we are applying lessons learned to strengthen our systems and protect our people. With a clear strategy, strong assets, and a favorable long-term outlook for copper, we are confident in our ability to deliver long-term value to our shareholders. It is now time to open the polls and commence the voting by stockholders. As set forth in the company's proxy statement, the stockholders will vote on three items. The first item is the election of 11 directors. The second item is the approval on an advisory basis of the compensation of the company's named executive officers. The third item is the ratification of the appointment of Ernst & Young as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2026. There are no other proposals to be voted upon at this meeting. I certify that the three items you have announced are the only items of business to be properly voted on at the meeting. If you have already submitted your proxy, your vote has been counted, and no further action on your part is necessary. If you are a stockholder entitled to vote and have not yet voted, or if you want to change your previously cast votes, please do so now via the website used to access this meeting. The polls will remain open until the Chairman closes them. We will now address stockholder questions about any of the items being voted upon at this meeting. In accordance with the rules of order, the entire question-and-answer period will be limited to a total of 20 minutes. David Joint, Vice President of Investor Relations, will read any questions pertinent to the meeting matters submitted, and I will respond.
