The STA is a SEBI Registered Category I, Registrar to an Issue & Share Transfer Agent bearing Registration Number: INR000004058.

The STA has properly conducted all the activities as prescribed under Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, as amended, in relation to the share transfer facility of the Company during the period from April 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 on its behalf.
