On September 2nd 2024, FOM Technologies received notification of the below transaction to shares in FOM Technologies A/S made by CIO Martin Kiener (through his wholly owned holding company FOMT Holding ApS).

Martin Kiener have bought 30.000 shares at a average share price of DKK 15,46. After the transaction, FOMT Holding ApS (Martin Kiener’s) share of FOM Technologies A/S amounts to 21,86 %.
