DATE OF RELEASE OF BUSINESS UPDATES FOR THE THIRD QUARTER ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2025

First REIT Management Limited, as manager of First Real Estate Investment Trust (“ First REIT ”, and the manager of First REIT, the “ Manager ”), wishes to announce that First REIT’s business updates for the third quarter ended 30 September 2025, will be released after market closes on Tuesday, 28 October 2025.
