Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Habib Metropolitan Modaraba Management Company (Private) Limited will be held on Thursday, August 08, 2024 at 10:45 a.m. at 6th Floor, HBZ Plaza (Hirani Centre) I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi to consider the Annual Audited Financial Statements of First Habib Modaraba for the year ended June 30, 2024 and for the declaration of any entitlement.

The Modaraba has declared the “Closed Period” from July 31, 2024 to August 08, 2024 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of Rule book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executives shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Modaraba in any manner during the closed period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
