Sub: Intimation of allotment of 2,157 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of stock options exercised under the Company’s EPACK Prefab Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024’ (“ESOP SCHEME”).

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to intimate that the Nomination and Remuneration committee has vide Circular Resolution passed today i.e., July 04, 2026, approved the allotment of 2,157 Equity Shares of the Company, arising out of the exercise of vested options under the “EPACK Prefab Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024’ (“ESOP Scheme”).

Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 20,12,62,012 divided into 10,06,31,006 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The Company has already received the in-principle approval in respect of these shares from:

• The National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide letter no NSE/LIST/53328 dated March 17, 2026 for shares issued under ESOP Scheme.
• BSE Limited vide letter no. DCS/ESOP/IP/TS/4127/2025-26 dated March 16, 2026 for shares issued under ESOP Scheme.

The disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI’s Master Circular dated January 30, 2026 are given in the “Annexure-A” and the details as required under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 – Notification for issue of shares are given in the “Annexure-B”.
