Dear Sir! Madam,
We wish to inform you the following change in directorships of the Company, as noted! approved at the Board meeting held today:
- Resignation of Mr. Naresh Chandra (DIN 00027696) as Chairman and Director of the Company:
Mr. Naresh Chandra, 85, has tendered his resignation vide letter dated 31st October, 2020 citing reasons of age and availability. The resignation is effective 10th November, 2020.
Mr. Chandra has been associated with Endurance Group since its foundation. He was at the helm of affairs of the Group for more than three decades. He is father of Mr. Anurang Jam, Managing Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors has noted the above resignation and placed on record its deep appreciation for his significant contribution, strategic gnidance and valuable advice throughout his tenure as Chairman of the Company.
- Appointment of Mrs. Varsha Jam (DIN 08947297) as an Additional and Executive Director of the Company:
The Board has, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company, approved appointment of Mrs. Varsha Jam, as an Additional Director, designated as Director and Head CSR and Facility Management with immediate effect.
