Emu NL (ASX: EMU) advises that a Resolution was considered at a General Meeting of Shareholders held at 5:00pm yesterday (AWST) and was passed and carried on a poll with the requisite majority.
In compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Section 251AA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001, the proxies and polled voting results are detailed in the attached table.
