Diamonex Limited (ASX: DON) requests a trading halt in its securities pending an announcement by the Company.

The Company requests the trading halt until an announcement regarding the development of the Company's Lerala diamond mine in Botswana is released to the market, subject to the time limit imposed by ASX Listing Rules.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
