ELEVATE URANIUM LTD – ADDENDUM TO NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Elevate Uranium Ltd (ASX: EL8) advises that it has today released an addendum ( Addendum ) to the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 22 October 2024 (which was released to the Australian Securities Exchange announcements platform on 22 October 2024) ( Notice ).

There is no change to the time and date of the Annual General Meeting which will still be held at 10.30am (WST) on 29 November 2024 at The Board Room, CWA House,1176 Hay Street, West Perth WA 6005.

In accordance with section 110D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) , the Company will not be dispatching physical copies of the Notice or Addendum unless a shareholder has made a valid election to receive such documents in hard copy.

The Addendum will be released to the Australian Securities Exchange announcement platform concurrent with this announcement.

You will also be able to view and download the Addendum online from the Company website and - specifically at the announcements page at: https://www.elevateuranium.com.au/investors/asx announcements/.

The Notice and Addendum are important and should be read in their entirety.
