This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 1^st September, 2020 inter-alia to consider, approve and take on record unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2020 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In terms of the Company's code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from 30th June, 2020 in terms of our earlier notice dated 29th June, 2020 relating to "Closure of Trading Window", shall accordingly now remain closed till 3rd September, 2020 and The trading window will open on 4th September, 2020.
