Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in their Board meeting held on 10[th] January, 2025, has reappointed Ms. Monika Amit Singhania (DIN: 07950196) designated as Independent Director of the company for a second term of Five years with effect from 23rd January, 2025 upto 22nd January, 2030 (both days inclusive) not liable to retire by rotation, subject to approval of member of the Company.

Ms. Monika Amit Singhania is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel or Promoters of the Company. Further She is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or of any other Statutory authority.

The relevant details pertaining to re‐appointment of Ms. Monika Amit Singhania pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/ HO/ CFD/ PoD2/ CIR/ P/ 2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 are enclosed herewith.

The approval of the shareholders for her reappointment as an Independent Director shall be taken through postal ballot in due course.

The said meeting of the Board commenced at 11.45 a.m. and concluded at 12.55 p.m.
