Matrix Metals Limited ACN: 082 593 235 (ASX: MRX) (Liquidators Appointed) (Receivers and Managers Appointed) ("the Company") Sale of EPM14916, EPM14281 and EPM17000 (application) to Deep Yellow Limited (ASX:DYL) for \$1.4 million

Further to the Receivers and Managers ASX announcement of 6 May 2009, on 6 July 2009 the Company received the Minister for Natural Resources, Mines and Energy's indicative approval to the transfer of EPM14916 and EPM14281 to DYL.

The Receivers and Managers wish to advise that the Company has completed its agreement with DYL for the sale of EPM14916, EPM14281 and EPM17000 (application) for \$1.4 million (plus GST).
